Sundays long run was just ok. I just couldnt get the legs in gear. 11 miles in 1:47:57 or a 9:51. It was more hilly than the race and was more hills than the race. Hopefully I can make a run at the 2 hour mark.
Monday-1000 meter swim nice and easy, awesome leg workout/strength training
Tuesday-Easy Run of 2 miles before softball
Wed-off, I thought of biking but didnt get to it =)
Thursday-I had a great run, the last hard run before Santa Barbara Half. I will most likely run hard on sundays 6 miler but today I went for it. INTERVALS.
